Plumbing 24/7 is run by Mark and Ernie Needham. Mark has been in the trade continuously since 1984 and is a fully licensed certifying plumber and drainlayer. He won the Norwood award for the most diligent and able student in plumbing and gas fitting in 1987, and has spent every one of his years in the trade right here in the Wellington region.
Ernie runs the office. Before she married Mark she was a producer for a live news talk radio station in San Francisco with an audience of over a million people, and those organisational skills are what keep our jobs running smoothly. Together they make a team that has earned a loyal, long standing customer base.

Which areas do you cover?
We service the wider Wellington region and the Hutt Valley. We are mobile, so we come to you across the city and out through Lower and Upper Hutt.
Are your plumbers licensed?
Yes. Mark is a fully licensed certifying plumber and drainlayer, and our staff are licensed plumbing and drainlaying tradespeople. Certifying status means we can sign off the work properly.
Do you offer a discount for new customers?
We do. New customers get 10 percent off the first job, up to a maximum of $40. Mention the offer when you book. Payment is due on completion and a few conditions apply, so just ask when you call.
Do you handle both emergencies and planned work?
Both. We are best known for the 24 hour emergency line, but most of our work is everyday maintenance, drainage and renovations that you can book in advance.
