Do you charge a callout fee?
Yes, there's a callout fee on top of the hourly rate, and after-hours jobs cost more than weekday business hours. We'll tell you the rate before we come. No surprises.
Do you really answer the phone at night?
We do. Ring 027 247 3030 at 2am and you'll get Mark or Ernie, not a message bank. We'll talk you through shutting the water off while a van's on the way, and give you a real arrival time before we hang up.
Which areas do you cover, and how fast can you get there?
All of Wellington city and right through the Hutt Valley. We're mobile, so arrival times depend on where you are and the traffic, but for a genuine emergency we move straight away and tell you honestly how long we'll be.
