A blocked drain has a way of stopping the whole house. We clear it with the right gear, then tell you what caused it so it does not keep happening.
Mark is a licensed certifying drainlayer as well as a plumber, so drainage is core work for us, not a sideline. We carry a drain machine and a hydro jet, and we lay new drainage when the old runs are past saving.

Drainage and Drainlaying questions
What is the difference between a drain machine and a hydro jet?
A drain machine uses a rotating cable to cut through solid blockages and tree roots. A hydro jet uses high pressure water to scour grease and sludge off the inside of the pipe. We pick the one that suits your blockage, or use both.
A tree root keeps blocking my drain. Can you fix that for good?
We can clear the root and inspect the pipe. If a root has cracked a clay pipe, the long term fix is to replace that section. As a licensed drainlayer we can do that work and sign it off.
Do you install new drains, not just clear them?
Yes. We install new drainage and do drainlaying as a licensed certifying drainlayer, which matters when the work needs to meet council requirements.
