Mark has been on the tools in Wellington since the mid-80s, long enough to know every suburb's quirks, from the old Dux Quest pipes in Karori to the Hutt Valley's post-war homes. Before Ernie joined the business she ran live news radio in San Francisco for an audience of over a million people. That is why the phones work, the jobs are booked right, and nothing slips through.

A team that stays

We are very proud of our low staff turnover. Our two licensed plumbing and drainlaying staff have been with us for 17 years and 6 years. They share our commitment to quality workmanship and take real pride in their work. Mark has also trained numerous apprentices over the decades, two of whom have gone on to receive regional and national awards.

We have long standing relationships with quality sub-contractors, including builders and electricians, and working with the same trusted trades over many years has proven instrumental in reducing the problems that can come up in a renovation.
