What is Dux Quest pipework and why does it matter?
Dux Quest is a grey plastic plumbing pipe fitted in many New Zealand homes between the mid 1970s and late 1980s. It becomes brittle with age and is prone to splitting. If your home has it, we can assess it and replace the runs that need doing.
Should I repair my hot water cylinder or replace it?
If a cylinder is leaking from the tank itself, replacement is usually the sensible call. If it is a valve or element, a repair often does the job. We will tell you honestly which one your situation needs.
Do you do small jobs, or only big ones?
We do both. A single dripping tap is just as welcome as a full fitout. Plenty of our repeat customers started with one small job.
